--THE SPACE-- Our 2-story lake front home offers all the amenities you could want, hot tub, game room, kayak, paddle boards, and a prime location just 20 minutes from South Haven and Saint Josephs. As you enter the home you’ll find an open, modern lake house design with an enclosed patio that offers breath taking views of Little Paw Paw Lake. Our cozy home provides the perfect setting to relax after a long day of swimming at the lake, visiting the beaches, wineries, and exploring all that Michigan has to offer. --MAIN LIVING AREA-- The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with appliances, and every utensil and gadget you need to cook a meal and dine with your friends and family. We also have a high chair for the little ones :) The dining area is complete with a table that seats 8 and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The living room has a comfortable couch, reading chair, and SMART TV to watch any of your favorite streaming shows or movies, or you can relax and enjoy views of the lake. The enclosed patio provides another dining area if you choose to watch the sunrise and sunset over the lake with breakfast and dinner. --BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS-- The bedroom, off the living room has a King-bed and SMART TV. The two bedrooms off the kitchen offer a queen bed & full bed. Both bedrooms have SMART TVs and views of the lake. The full bathroom off the kitchen is stocked with towels, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. As you head upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-bed, views of the lake, an en-suite bathroom, and SMART TV. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for the kids, that holds a full size and twin size bed. On the other side of the bedrooms is a large loft that overlooks the living room. The loft has a twin size bed and a sleeper sofa. --GAME ROOM-- The one car garage has been converted into a game room with Pop-A-Shot and Arcade games to keep the kids entertained. Its a fun place to hang out at night or on a rainy day. --OUTDOORS-- Outside you will enjoy views of Little Paw Lake from the hot tub that sits on the large porch, or from the fire pit in the backyard. You will also find a charcoal grill on the deck to use for an evening BBQ. The large backyard takes you right out to Little Paw Paw Lake with a private pier that is perfect for fishing and swimming. The shed has kayaks, lawn chairs, stand up paddle boards, and life jackets for you to enjoy fun lake activities. The backyard has plenty of space for the kids to run around and for families to play corn-hole or other outdoor games. The large driveway has parking for up to eight cars. All linens, towels, and basic soaps are provided. The house has a full-size washer and dryer.
